ReporterPitch will continue to publish the newsletter, but the web site will be on hold for a while. Anyone who has ever worked too much online knows that sometimes windows systems get too many invaders. The computer that houses RP needs to be scrubbed, formatted, etc. So, Once that is done, we'll put more up online. He is General Counsel for American Tort Reform Association and a partner in the Washington office of Shook, Hardy & Bacon LLP where he chairs their Public Policy Group. I had the opportunity to speak to him as part of a Distinguished Visitors series at the University of Cincinnati College of Law.
